This seminar is designed to inform companies on the requirements of NOAA Fisheries GOM Incidental Take Rule (ITR). This seminar is being sponsored by API, IAGC, NOIA and OOC.
Ryan P. Steen, Partner at Stoel Rives, LLP will provide an overview of the ITR and discuss what companies need to do in order to comply with the new requirements.
